- We will edit your video, including the intro, outro, and giving information.
- Please include the title of your lesson.
- Videos should be uploaded one week before your broadcast time.
- We can accept more than one video at a time. Allow approximately one full week for our team to edit your content.
- Ensure there is no music in your videos unless you own the copyright.
- Record horizontally, ensure the camera is clear, and keep the volume appropriate.
Permissions & social media.
- All images and videos will be used with your ministry’s permission through this agreement.
- If you decide to terminate, we will cease using your content.
- Inform your guests that their image will be used during your program before uploading it to WIP TV.
Additional services.
Video editing
Video editing for videos up to 60 minutes. Pricing for longer videos, complex editing, or additional features can be discussed.
Social media enhancement
We create Shorts/Reels to promote growth for your social media platforms. Short-form content is the most effective way to grow a platform.
Advertise with WIP TV

Fees & guidelines.
This is a month-to-month agreement with no termination fees or penalties. Contact us by email seven days before termination. Your billing information is not seen by WIP TV staff.
Fees paid after the due date incur a $25 late fee, due on the next monthly invoice. A $25 fee applies to returned payments along with the missed payment.
Please sign the agreement. You will receive a signed copy by email along with your billing date.
